How Much Does it Cost?
A lot of factors go into the final cost of a screen printed tee. We have tried to make things as simple as possible, starting with providing free folding services & setup fees. We also provide free shipping if you are located in Philadelphia, Bucks, or Camden County.
You just need to decide what garment you would like to print on, how many shirts you want of each design and how many ink colors will be in the design.
Why Do I Have to Order in Bulk?
Screen printing is designed to be printed in bulk. The printing part of the process is actually the fastest part. All the costs and time are in the setup.
A lot of work goes into getting a shirt ready to print and requires almost every employee at the company. Artwork has to be mocked up and films have to be created. After this, the screens department converts the film into screens. Next, the printers setup the presses to run the shirts. It takes a good bit of time to setup a press to print shirts.
Because of this, we cannot print 1 shirt at a time as it would easily cost $150+ to do. The smallest order of shirts we will do is 24 of the same design.
Please follow these requirements to avoid any artwork charges on your screen burning or film output order. If your artwork isn’t properly formatted, we will contact you to discuss options. Please keep in mind, this will delay your order from its standard turnaround time. Our rate for artwork clean-up is $50/hr.
We will create simple designs for orders of over 100 shirts free of charge. Complex design options are available but cost extra. Inquire for more details.
- Artwork should be sent 100% black and white. (The black will be the ink when printed)
- Verify your artwork is set at the actual size you want it printed.
- Make sure your .psd, .pdf, or .bmp file has a resolution of at least 300dpi.
- All text layers should be rasterized or converted to outlines.
- Multi-color images should have each color on a separate layer.

What is the minimum amount of shirts I can order?
For screen printing, the requirement for an order is a minimum of 24 shirts.
Heat Transfer Vinyl Printing services are available for sports numbering and small order t-shirt designs per special request. The requirement for an order is a minimum of 10 shirts. Inquire for more information.
How do I pay for my shirts?
1.) After you approve the preview of your design you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the total order as a deposit to cover Philadelphia Print House for supplies purchased in the case of a cancellation or failure to pay remainder of balance due.
2.) After you pay your deposit we will begin to create your shirts!
3.) After your shirts are created we will send you another invoice for the remainder of your balance due (the other 50%). Once the remaining balance is paid your order will be shipped!
(orders are typically ready in 2 weeks from the date you pay your deposit)
